Ag Center Shavings Policy Change - Beginning July 1, 2010
Starting in July 2010, the Senator Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center shavings policy will change for all horse shows. As show managers, we are obligated under contract to follow these new procedures. Here they are! - ALL shavings used during a show (after July 1, 2010) must be purchased through the Ag Center. No personal shavings may be brought in. No shavings from any outside vendor may be brought in, purchased, delivered or sold.
- A mandatory minimum of 2 bags of shavings per stall will be required.
- The requirement that all shavings must be purchased from the Ag Center (no personal or commercial shavings brought in by anyone), and the requirement of the mandatory minimum of 2 purchased bags of shavings per stall, will not be effective until July 2010.
This is a cooperative nofitication to our exhibitors; we thought it fair to let everyone know that mid-way through the year, these changes will occur. ECOSC shows will follow these policies/changes at that time, and not before. We will let you know of our "updated" ordering/delivery procedures at that time! Thanks!
