2010 ECOSC Shavings Purchase & Delivery
(The following information is also provided in the show program:)
The procedures on this page will be in effect for the Fuzzy & Fun Show, and our April and June Shows. Beginning July 1, 2010, a new Ag Center Shavings Policy will go into effect - Click to read the upcoming Ag Center shavings policy.)
All shavings orders and deliveries – whether pre-ordered (before the show) or ordered during the show - will be handled by Travis Alford (checks payable to J & D Bedding). Shavings price is: $6.75/bag To pre-order shavings (before the show) please contact Travis Alford directly at either of the following numbers: 252–443–4305 (home) 252–450–5438 (mobile) Please have the following information available with your order: - The number of stalls to be bedded.
- The number of bags of shavings per stall.
- The total number of bags of shavings needed.
- The Responsible Party name (whoever is responsible for paying the bill).
- The Responsible Party’s phone number.
- If you have a block of stalls under a trainer or farm name, please provide trainer and/or farm name.
- Name of person ordering shavings.

- Shavings ordered at the show grounds:
Move-in Day: Shavings will be available for purchase on Friday (move-in day) from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. by calling Travis directly, by requesting them through the barn manager (at the stall charts), or by requesting them in the show office. Show Days: Shavings may be requested Saturday and Sunday during show office hours by calling Travis directly, or by requesting them at the show office. Payments: All payments for shavings ordered during move-in or show days are to be made directly to Travis Alford by cash or check, payable at the time of delivery. - Please make checks payable to: J & D Bedding
